Once we understand the client’s vision and needs, a project architect is assigned to manage the project from early concept design through the completion of construction. Under the project architect’s leadership, an integrated team of architects, designers, engineers, consultants and other support staff analyze all aspects of the project and begin formulating potential design solutions.
As work progresses, 3-D renderings allow our clients to experience the design and review every angle, room layout and material choice—all before construction begins. All code reviews, construction documents and specifications are handled and produced in-house by the design team and clients are continually included and updated on all project milestones.
The essence of our process is conversation and collaboration. Through listening, understanding, and inclusion, we arrive at solutions that not only meet expectations, but typically exceed them.
We employ a multifaceted approach to protecting the environment, from site analysis to materials selection to the running of our own office. Our staff includes several LEED-accredited professionals and our entire team works to utilize sustainable design strategies in the structures we create. We collaborate with our engineering and consultant partners to incorporate energy saving mechanical systems and other sustainability strategies such as rainwater collection and daylight harvesting.
We realize that as designers of built environments we have a responsibility to steward the entire environment and we take that responsibility very seriously.
